All purchases made during our SALE are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits on any items, so please choose carefully before completing your order.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased on sale.
- No store credits will be issued.
- Sale, promotional, and full-price items are all subject to this final sale policy.
- Custom made items, including sequin garments and slogan tees, cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- All sales are made at the sole discretion of Empire Rose.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@empirerose.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and details. Empire Rose will meet its obligations under Australian Consumer Law where a product has a genuine major fault.
