Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new purchase! If something is not quite right, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Please note we do not offer refunds.
- We only accept returns on full price items.
- Custom made items cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be brand new & unworn with original tags attached.
- If an item is unworn and faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Protection laws.
- Returns are at the sole discretion of Empire Rose.
FULL PRICE STYLES
If you would like to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number; the name of garment(s) you wish to return; and the reason for return.
- When you email us, let us know whether you would like to exchange the item for another style, colour or size or if you would prefer a store credit.
- Store credits are valid for 3 months.
- Please note the return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping.
- Once we have received your goods, and the items are in ‘as new’ condition, a credit note or exchange will be provided as agreed to.
- Credit note or exchanges must be agreed upon before sending your garment/s back.
- We do not accept responsibility for items until we receive them - all returns should be sent via registered post to protect the sender.

Empire Rose does not accept returns on any sale items unless deemed faulty, so please choose your sale items carefully.
