RETURNS INFO
We hope you love your new purchase! If something is not quite right, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Please note we do not offer refunds.
  • We only accept returns on full price items.
  • Returned items must be brand new & unworn with original tags attached.
  • If an item is unworn and faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Protection laws.
  • Returns are at the sole discretion of Empire Rose.

FULL PRICE STYLES
If you would like to return an item please email info@empirerose.com.au with the order number; the name of garment(s) you wish to return; and the reason for return.

  • When you email us, let us know whether you would like to exchange the item for another style, colour or size or if you would prefer a store credit.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 months.
  • We’ll email you a return label for the item.
  • Attach this to your parcel and take to your nearest Australia Post Office. It will be sent to us at no charge.
  • When your order is approved for return or exchange, please return to:
