RETURN INFO

We hope you love your new purchase! If something is not quite right, you can exchange within 7 days. Returned items must be brand new & unworn with original tags attached. If an item is unworn and faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Returns are at our discretion. Our full returns policy can be found at www.empirerose.com.au. Please note we do not offer refunds.

FULL PRICE STYLES

Email info@empirerose.com.au to let us know if you would like to return an item, and the reason for return.

When you email us, let us know whether you would like to exchange the item for another style, colour or size or if you would prefer a store credit. Store credits are valid for 3 months.We’ll email you a return label for the item. Attach this to your parcel and take to your nearest Australia Post Office. It will be sent to us at no charge.

SALE STYLES

Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit. Email info@empirerose.com.au to let us know whether you would like to exchange the item for another style, colour or size or return it for a store credit, valid for 2 weeks.

You’ll need to organise shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for the item until it is received at our studio, so it is recommended that you use a tracked service or registered post.
