RETURNS INFO
We hope you love your new purchase! If something is not quite right, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your item for a store credit or exchange.
- Please note we do not offer refunds unless the product is deemed faulty.
- We only accept returns on full price items.
- Custom made items cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be brand new & unworn with original tags attached.
- If an item is unworn and faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Protection laws.
- Returns are at the sole discretion of Empire Rose.
FULL PRICE STYLES
If you would like to return an item please email info@empirerose.com.au with the order number; the name of garment(s) you wish to return; and the reason for return.
- Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a credit.
- Store credits are valid for 3 months.
- Please note the return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer
- Credit note or exchanges must be agreed upon before sending your garment/s back. Once we have received your goods a credit note or exchange will be provided as agreed to.
- We do not accept responsibility for items until we receive them - all returns should be sent via registered post to protect the sender.

STYLES ON SALE
Empire Rose does not accept returns on sale items or products purchased during a promotional sale period, unless deemed faulty, so please choose your sale item/s carefully. CUSTOM ITEMS
Empire Rose does not accept returns on any custom made items including sequin garments and slogan tee shirts, unless deemed faulty, so please choose carefully.
